Save The Bay celebrates the completion of Phase 1 of the Combined Sewage Overflow (CSO) project with a dinner and dance/concert featuring Los Angeles-based The English Beat. Dinner, desserts and open bar. Opening band, Providence’s The Cobra-Matics. The “tunnel” experience created stylishly inside the newly restored Sharpe Building at Providence’s The Foundry.
