Secret Ingredient Food Tour Rescheduled

Because of the impending snowstorm, the Blackstone Valley Culinaria – Secret Ingredient Food Tour at Vintage Restaurant in Woonsocket scheduled for February 10 will be rescheduled to Wednesday, February 17 at 6:00 pm. Any reservations made for Wednesday, February 10 will be honored.

Join us at VINTAGE in Woonsocket, RI where you will meet the chef and learn how to make one of their specialty dishes – Sweet Potato Gnocchi’s. These gnocchi’s are prepared with sauteed fennel, roasted red peppers and spinach in a brandy creme sauce.
