STATE REP BALDELLI-HUNTNORTON-Diane Dexter will perform a one-woman piano-vocal show for residents and guests at EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Norton, 184 Mansfield Ave., on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 2:30 p.m. Dexter’s program will consist of Broadway tunes and well known popular and jazz standards from the 1930s through 1970s, as well as a selection of international songs.
Currently living in New England, Dexter has spent several decades performing a variety of musical genres for audiences from the East Coast to California. For the past 10 years she has been exploring music of past generations, and bringing a contemporary flair to such beloved favorites as “As Time Goes By,” “For All We Know,” and “You Belong to Me,” as well as an assortment of hits from Broadway shows, movies, traditional folk and light jazz and swing.
