The Leon Mathieu Senior Center ’s Coffee Hour on Friday, September 4, 2009 will highlight and emphasize the importance of laughter & humor in a person’s overall well-being and health, and has an added benefit of reducing stress. The Coffee Hour begins at 1 p.m. Tracey Weeden, Gateway Healthcare Elder Service Coordinator, will lead the group in a lighthearted discussion that will be followed by light refreshments.
