Tuesdays: Line Dancing 9:30-10:45, Needlepoint on Plastic 10:00-11:30, Parkinson’s Exercise 10:45-11:45, Drama Club 12:30-2:00, NonImpact Aerobics 12:30-1:15, Bingo 12:15-3:00  

Wednesdays : Stretch Exercise 10:00-11:00, Tai Chi Class 11:30-12:30, Arthritis Exercise 12:45-1:45, Card & Board Games 1:00-3:00

Thursdays : Line Dancing 9:00-10:45, Parkinson’s Exercise 10:45-11:45, Bingo 12:15-3:00, WII Nintendo Games 12:30-1:30, Movie on 3rd Thursday of each month at 12:30

Fridays : Wellness Exercise 9:00-10:00, Cribbage Club 9:00-11:00, Stretch Exercise 10:00-11:00.

December’s Friday Coffee Hour Topics:

 December 5th – Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI will present “Medicare Updates for 2009″ Question & Answer period will follow as well as refreshments.

December 12th – Nutrition Hour on “Food Labels” presented by a nutritionist from Blackstone Health, and the Center celebrates members with December birthdays. Refreshments will be served.

December 19th – Senior Center’s Annual Holiday Party & Basket Raffle $1.00 per person, please sign-up at 1st floor reception desk. Refreshments will be served.

December 26th – The Center will be showing the movie “Miracle on 34th Street” starring Richard Attenborough & Mara Wilson. Refreshments will be served.
