FOOD DONATIONS REQUESTED

On Saturday, September 12, 2009 the Rhode Island Philharmonic will hold their final Summer Pops concert, Pops in the Park at Slater Memorial Park located off Newport Avenue in Pawtucket, RI. The concert will begin at 5:30pm, with fireworks following.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring non-perishable canned or boxed foods to benefit the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. Food can be donated at marked donation boxes at the event.
