Due to Bristol Concert Series, RIPTA to Detour Route 60 in Bristol on Wednesday, June 24^th Through Friday, July 3, 2009 

Route 60 will not run service on Hope Street between 5:30pm and 9:30pm 

Providence, RI – June 22, 2009 -The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will detour Route 60 (Providence/Newport) in Bristol on Wednesday, June 24^th through Friday, July 3, 2009 to accommodate the Bristol Concert Series.  The detour will be in effect each day from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, while Hope Street is closed. 

Route 60 (Providence/Newport) will detour as follows:

Inbound: All inbound trips will travel regular route to Hope and State Streets, make a right onto State Street, a left onto High Street, a left onto Bradford Street, a right onto Hope Street and then resume regular route.

Outbound:  All outbound trips will travel regular route to Hope and Bradford Streets, make a left onto Bradford Street, a right onto State Street, a left onto Hope Street and then resume regular route
